ASHUTOSH MARINE recognizes the vessel performance and management of risk depend upon the effective selection and retention of competent staff.
Crew management covers a broad range of activities including the recruitment, selection, placement, training and management of officers and ratings employed on our managed vessels. Travel services and payroll management are also an integral part of a crew management activity.

We select well-qualified personnel to work on a diverse range of vessels including all type of tankers, gas carriers, container carriers, Ro-Ro ships, dry cargo vessels, bulk carriers, AHT, supply vessels and specialized vessels. Our current database of marine specialists allows us to react quickly to any request from ship owner/manager.

Crew-Management we offer following services to our clients:

  • Recruiting Specialists Crew-officers and ratings, whose experience and qualification comply with Employer,s requirements
  • Recruiting marine educational institutions cadet and graduate for shipboard training and further employment on our client,s vessels
  • Checking the candidates has appropriate marine documents in accordance to STCW 95/2010 and ISM codes -valid for the entire duration of contract
  • Organizing additional training for seafarers if required
  • Executing any documents required by the ship flag state administration
  • Assigning in receiving necessary visas, drawing up crew lists
  • Ordering and arranging tickets using marine tariffs
  • Planning schedule of crew changes
  • EAssistance with ITF/IBF coverage
  • Ensure crew insurance while onboard/travelling
  • Accounting and payment of wages to ship,s crew
